How does the Loft47 Referral Program work?

As a referral partner, please introduce Loft47 to your network, inform us of any specific referrals, and/or ask the Referred Brokerage to mention your name for tracking purposes.

How do I earn my rewards from the Loft47 Referral Program?

If the Referred Brokerage decides to use Loft47, completes the onboarding, and uses the Loft47 App for 3 months post-live date, we’ll reduce your monthly subscription costs as per the schedule above. You will continue to enjoy that benefit as long as that customer is with us.

Who is eligible to participate in the Loft47 Referral Program?

Current users, previous Brokerage users, and industry peers who have relevant connections or are interested in promoting innovative real estate technology solutions are all welcome! If you're not a Loft47 user, please contact us for more details on our paid referral plans.

How can I track the progress of my referrals?

You will receive your first update when your Referred Brokerage successfully onboards. Your adjusted invoice will be provided when your Referred Brokerage has actively used Loft47 for 3 months.
