Does Loft47 replace my transaction management system?
Not necessarily. Many of our clients use Loft47 as their transaction management & accounting platform taking advantage of our AI Contract ingestion tools. However, integrations with systems like Dotloop, Skyslope, Rechat, DocuSign Rooms, etc., are a great compliment, pulling in deal details while handling the financial and compliance side of the closing.
Is Loft47 suitable for small, mid-size, and large brokerages?
Yes. Loft47 scales from boutique firms to multi-office operations with teams, nested teams, and multiple commission structures.
Do my agents get their own portal?
Yes. They see deals, production, pay stubs, and tax documents. They can self serve earnings reports to cover any period on demand.
